We do not collect sensitive personal data such as NRIC numbers, financial account details, or health records.

All third-party services we use are bound by their own privacy commitments and data protection standards.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above, and for a minimum of 2 years after your last interaction with us, in accordance with PDPA guidelines. After this period, data is deleted or anonymised.

As a data subject under Singapore's PDPA, you have the right to:

• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent for us to use your data (note: this may affect our ability to complete your booking)

8. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Your data is stored in secured Google Workspace accounts and workflow systems with restricted access controls.

9. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data — such as pages visited and time on site. No personally identifiable information is transmitted to GA4. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
