Things to Know
- Aria-tier venues book out fast for school holiday weekends — book at least 8 weeks ahead for prime slots
- The custom decor packages tend to dictate the colour palette of the day — coordinate our balloon garland / station decor with the venue's theme so it doesn't visually compete
- Premium venues often include a photographer or partner photographer — confirm before booking your own; otherwise you'll have two photographers in the same shots
- Adult catering at premium venues is usually generous — kids' parents will stay longer than at standard venues. Plan goodie bags + cooldown for 30+ adult guests, not just kids
- Some Aria-tier venues restrict outside food and inflatables — check before assuming you can add a bouncy castle or external candy floss machine
Operator tip
At this venue tier the entertainment should not feel cheap. Pair multi-station setups with a magician booked specifically for kids' parties (not a stage magician adapted for kids — the gap is visible).
