NTUC / Costa Sands Chalet

Full-day private chalet booking with BBQ pit, lounge, and outdoor space. Format runs 4–7 hr — party for ~3 hr, BBQ + casual hangout for 2–3 hr more. We adjust the flow to the longer format and stage entertainment in two waves rather than one.

Downtown East Function Rooms

The Wave events space, E!Hub function rooms — book through Downtown East directly. Good for indoor parties when chalet rental isn't worth it for smaller headcounts.

Things to Know — Pasir Ris Operations

Chalet parties run longer than function-room parties — typically 4–6 hr active vs 2 hr. We plan two entertainment waves (an early anchor activity for the kids, a parallel station phase during the BBQ for the late arrivals) rather than one continuous block.
Chalet bookings (NTUC, Costa Sands) get tight 6–8 weeks ahead for school holidays. Book the chalet first, then the entertainment.

Pasir Ris Park outdoor parties need weather contingency. The east coast wind is real and you'll want weighted balloon installations.
