Things to Know — Sentosa Operations
- Sentosa is in our $50 surcharge zone — the highest in our pricing. Covers the Sentosa Gateway access, longer setup time (vehicle restrictions, loading routes), and venue-coordination overhead.
- Hotel ballroom parties involve multi-vendor coordination — the hotel's events team, your photographer, our entertainment, and any decor vendors. We work to the hotel's run-of-show and arrive earlier (90+ min before guests) to coordinate cleanly.
- Beach parties on sand have specific equipment constraints — most bouncy castles are not rated for sand, only flat-base inflatables we approve. Balloon installations need sand bags / weighted bases.
- Sentosa Cove residents have special access routes — we coordinate vehicle access in advance. Other Sentosa venues use the public Gateway.
- Sentosa parties tend to be at the premium end of the budget spectrum. Match the entertainment to the venue — premium ballroom needs premium-tier entertainment + custom decor, not the standard balloon table.
- Weather contingency is essential for beach parties. Sentosa beach venues typically have an indoor backup space available — confirm before booking.

Sentosa parties have higher venue spend than any other SG location — make the entertainment match. Don't ship the standard kit. Custom balloon installation matching the event theme, premium backdrop, and an entertainer booked specifically for kids' parties (not a stage magician adapted for kids — the gap shows on Sentosa).
