Condo Function Rooms

Tampines has high condo density (Treasure at Tampines, Q Bay Residences, Tampines Trilliant). Most have free function rooms for residents — book through your MA.

HDB Function Room

The default for most Tampines parties — book through your RC or town council. Tampines GreenLeaf and Tampines GreenVerge have cleaner newer rooms.

Outdoor at Bedok Reservoir Park / Sun Plaza

Tampines Hub CC function rooms are the strongest venue option locally but book fast — 4–6 weeks ahead for weekend slots, longer over school holidays.
The mall cluster (Mall, 1, Century Square + Tampines Hub) means cake pickup, last-minute supplies, and post-party meals are all within walking distance of most party venues. Real operational win.

Tampines parties are bigger than the SG average and the parent network is tight — kids know each other from school, the RSVP yes-rate is high. Don't under-cater the entertainment density. One entertainer for 30 kids is a recipe for a queue and tired parents. Two stations minimum, or a magic show + a parallel craft.
